Mold remediation and wall rebuild
The problem: A slow leak had been running behind the drywall for months. By the time the homeowner noticed the musty smell, mold had spread across the studs and sheathing of the entire wall.
What we did: We sealed the area off with containment and negative air, removed the damaged drywall and insulation, HEPA-vacuumed and treated the framing, and dried everything to standard. Every step was photographed and logged for the insurance claim. Then the same crew hung new drywall, taped, textured and painted.
